Image Specifications

  • Digital files - Maximum Horizontal or X Axis side is 1920 and Maximum Vertical or Y Axis side is 1080 pixel (use 300 DPI)
  • Maximum File Size is 2 MB
  • Similar image or duplicate whether in colour or monochrome cannot be entered in different sections of this Salon.
  • Photographs that have been accepted in previous Women Power Salons or which are so similar as to be indistinguishable from previous acceptances will be disqualified irrespective of media, mono or colour.
  • Images meeting the Monochrome Definition and non-manipulated color images from the same capture shall be considered the same image and must be given the same title.

ENTRY FEES

Entry fees must be cleared 3 Days before judging date..


  • Entry fee Rs. 500/- for all 5 sections and three judging of the circuit
  • The discounted entry fee will be Rs. 400/- if the group size is 10 or more
  • Special discount (by default) to
    1. All female entrants
    2. Senior citizens born before 1962
    3. Youth born after 2005
    4. Differently abled persons (Genuine)
  • Copy of Aadhar Card required for Senior Citizens and Youth. Discounted entry fee will be Rs. 400/- for all 5 sections per entrant.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY


  • Entries without entry fees will NOT be judged. All payment reconciliation must be done 3 days before the judging. Entries without full payment will not be shown to the Jury panel.
  • Each candidate may submit a maximum of 4 (four) entries in one section and 4 images of an entrant will be judged in 4 different rounds in each section.
  • Please visit our website www.fip.org.in and follow the link to National Circuit 2025.
  • Digital files will be projected without any change by the organisers.
  • Awards will be mailed by registered post/courier with proper reasonable care after FIP convention but FIP will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft.

  • FIP reserves the right to reproduce selected entries in the catalogue, press and project publicity.
  • Submission of entries implies acceptance of all conditions of the Salon.
  • All the work must be entirely the work of the exhibitor on photographic emulsion or digital file. No computer generated graphics are allowed. AI genrated images are not allowed.
  • Judges decision is final.
  • Acceptance of each Section will qualify for star Rating of FIP.
